Policies and Cancellations

Children up to 6 stay for free when sharing the same room with two adults (Maximum one child per room – only available for triple rooms).

To guarantee your reservation of more than one night we require a down payment of 50% of the total amount via wire transfer or Pay Pal.
Transfer, cash (US dollars, euros, and colones) and travelers’ checks in US dollars accepted. Please ask about Pay Pal options.
Payments and conditions Christmas, New Year and Easter.
To guarantee your reservation for Christmas or Easter holiday season we require full payment in advance to confirm the room.

Cancellations Green Season and Blue Season
Cancellations made 15 days or more before arrival date a charge of 10%.
Cancellations made 3-14 days prior to arrival a charge of 2 nights.
Cancellations made 0-2 days prior to arrival a charge of 100%.
If the room is marked as non-cancelable, apply a penalty of 100% regardless of the date you request cancellation.

Cancellations during peak season and holidays (Christmas, New Year, Easter, on February 5, 1st May, 16 Sep, November 20)
Reservations canceled 30 days or more prior to arrival date are charged 10%.
Reservations canceled 15-29 days before arrival date, have a charge of 2 nights.
Reservations canceled less than 15 days in advance are charged at 100%.

If you have to leave the hotel before the end of your stay (early departure), or not present at the hotel (known as no show) is considered as cancellation and refunds apply. If you reduce the number of guests after payment of the reservation, the hotel’s decision to apply penalties or refunds based on our policies.
